The falcons went to the Jim town invitational on Saturday to play 2 games. In the first game the played Edwardsburg. Kline lead the way for the falcons with 3 hits. and 1 RBI. (1 double and 2 singles). Thomas had 2 hits 1 RBI . Lichtenbarger and Smig also got a hit a piece. Laskowski got a RBI on a sac . But it just was not enough to get the win. In the 2nd game They took on Marian of Mishawaka and the bats were hot. Leading the way was Kline with 4 hits ( 1 double and 3 singles) and 2 RBI's, Lizzi and Laskowski added to hits each both with a double and single. Laskowski 2 RBIs's Lizzi 1 RBI Thomas hit a solo shot home run. Manering, Lichtenbarger, Timm Smig all got 1 RBI in the game. The falcons got on the board early and did not look back getting the win 11-1 in 6 innings. Timm got the win while pitching the complete game and adding 9 more K's to her tally on the year.
